SuperVision & well-being consultations provides support, regeneration from the demands of professional caregiving, colleagic review of practice issues, restorative personal & spiritual development.

Modalities include spiritual healing, auric energy balancing, counselling humanistic, Jungian transpersonal, CBT, NLP

all provided in a friendly supportive & confidential environment.

Some of the questions you can ask yourself:

  • What do I feel or think in relation to my clients/patients
  • Are there any blocks to my empathy with clients/patients
  • Am I on track with my vision, career plan, life purpose
  • What parts of myself am I not using in relation to my work/life

  • What's going on 'underneath' the therapeutic/coaching relationship


Pamela has PG cert in supervision (University of Wales) and several years experience in a variety of health and corporate settings including employee welfare, adult mental health and GP practice. She currently offers supervision for local G.P.'s and was formerly supervisor for a specialist team at North Shore hospital.

Cost: consultations are based on $135 per session, usually monthly
- session duration one & half hours
