Pamela Harland is not a legal advisor but she can help you draft your agreement & sort out the clauses so that both of you are happy before seeing your individual solicitors for legal advice. She has lots of experience with negotiating so that both parties feel that their needs are met & future needs are considered within the context of a fair, equitable partnership agreement.

As it is hard to determine how many meetings are required to reach agreement, the costs are variable. As a guideline I charge $80 per hour (Bay of Islands & Whangarei) for face to face meetings (couples & individuals) & for email correspondence/phone calls.
